Totally launched Blognix 2014 today (want to come too?)

You may or may not have noticed I’ve kind of been off with the fairies off late. Well, those fairies were actually hidden in my laptop and I’m thinking a squirrel euphemism will be more apt. The point is, I have been super-busy working away on organising Blognix 2014, my next blogger’s event. It’s all happening on Saturday 14th June, we’re back at the Custard Factory and the line-up is immense!

I wrote a post over on the Blognix blog about why you should come to Blognix. Here’s a snippet:

Blognix is a place FOR bloggers BY bloggers. It was borne out of the desire to create an event that was INCLUSIVE, where no blogger should feel left out, unwelcome or unable to come along on the basis of their niche, skill level, experience, or personal circumstances. Blognix was created out of the need to hold a conference OUTSIDE OF LONDON, because not all bloggers live there and for the rest of the UK it can be pretty far to trek to (not to mention costly hotel fees, transport etc.). Blognix was founded because I believe that if you want something done then you should just GET ON AND DO IT. Blognix was established because bloggers don’t need another Blogging 101 or Beginners conference/workshop, they need a space where they can learn ACTIONABLE SKILLS that are going to take their blog to the next level. Blognix was formed as a conference, workshop and social gathering that is WARM, INSPIRING and WELCOMING.

We are going to learn SO MUCH! It entirely warrants all of those caps locks. Yep.

The speakers we have on board so far are phenomenal. If you are interested in learning more juicy insights into blogging and all that surrounds it you in for a treat. We have Kim Lawler, Emma Cossey, Lucy Heath, Sam and Lea from The High Tea Cast, Hayley from Bonjour Blogger, Hayley from London Beauty Queen, Rosie from One Man Band Accounting, Cathy from The Big Book Project, and more to be announced. There is so much expertise in the line-up already!

We will have sessions on freelancing, monetisation, ethics and disclosure, social media, branding, podcasting, photography, writing eBooks, finance and tax implications for bloggers and more! I am so exciting I have already picked out my notebook!

So are you going to come along to? It would be totally awesome to meet you. And the main reasoning for organising this event is to give back to the blogging community that has always been so great to me.

Therefore, in the spirit of giving, I would like to offer one free delegate spot for one of my lovely Rosalilium readers.

If you would like to try your like, simply use the Rafflecopter widget below, following the T&Cs and I will pick one at random next week.

I do hope I get to see you in June. Blognix 2014 is shaping up to be a good’un!

Good luck!

I’d love to come to Blognix because I’ve love to meet some other bloggers and learn from their experiences. I’ve been blogging a while but only as a hobby. I’d like to learn how to take my blog up a notch. Rachel x

I would love to come to Blognix because I want to learn that bit more; I feel I have all the basics but need to push to more intermediate/advanced level and would like to know how to further my blog and get more out of it. I cannot commit to overnight conferences due to poor health so a one day conference is perfect for me.

I would love to come to BlogNix because it’s different from all the other blogging conferences out there and I think it would really help me to make my blog more about me, the woman instead of me, the mum.

I would love to come as Blognix is new to me.
I am desperate to enjoy my blog again and make it me, it became too much about my beautiful babies.
As I have a disabled son I only get to go away when for a really good reason and I think Blognix would be that
