Mind, Body, and Soul Self-Care Practices You Can Do At Home
Arrrgghhhhh!!!!! I think that pretty much sums up how so many people across the UK, and probably most of the world, are feeling right now.
I’m getting the point where ‘the thing that shall not be named’ is well, not to be named. But for clarity’s sake, the Coronavirus/COVID19 outbreak is making myself and many others anxious. Add an anxiety disorder to the mix and it’s not the most fun of times.
It’s a daily mission to cope with the anxiety symptoms. To stay calm. To stay in the present moment. To keep safe and sane.
Unfortunately, for those of us that are big empaths, it’s hard not to be concerned and worried for others. I’m even worrying about the people I don’t know. It’s overwhelming, to say the least.
And so, to cope, I think it’s necessary to work hard on focusing on daily joy, and stay-at-home self-care practices.
To help both myself in these self-care practices and maybe help somebody else focus on something else, I’m listing out some self-care ideas that focus on mind, body, and soul.
