When you use a Pinterest business account you link it directly to your blog. This means they can produce detailed analytics for you about the kinds of pins others are re-pinning from your profile, your popular pins, most clicked on pins, what’s trending, and more.
It will allow you to really understand what is working for you so you can maximise how you use the platform.
How To Add A Pinterest Business Account
Step 1 – If you don’t have Pinterest already go straight to this link here.
Step 2 – If you already have a personal Pinterest account click ‘convert here’ on this page here.
Step 3 – Confirm your website.
Go to ‘Settings’ and add your URL to the Website option.
Click ‘confirm website’.
On the next page you will be given some options to verify either via meta tag or html code.
Choose one of those and add to the backend of your website.
Step 4 – Wait for up to 48 hours to access the analytics section.
Step 5 – enjoy the little verified tick next to your profile.
