Postcards From Leeds

Last December I visited the lovely city of Leeds for the very first time, and I wondered why I hadn’t headed there sooner.

The primary reason for heading to this destination in Yorkshire was to deliver a workshop at a blogger’s event. But as I had made the journey up there it made total sense to make a weekend of it and check out what the city was all about.

I stopped over on the Saturday night and along with my friend Sabina embarked on a spontaneous walking tour of Leeds on the Sunday.

We were super lucky with the weather, despite it being the beginning of December it was relatively balmy. The sun made an appearance here and there, and it stayed dry – perfect for aimlessly walking around.

With no expectation in mind, no previous research, and no idea where to go we headed out with cameras in hand and proceeded to natter our way through the day and the city.

Here are some of my favourite snaps from the day.
