Postcards from Norfolk

Last month Raj and I went to Norfolk for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was cold and fresh. The weather was relatively reasonable. Nothing a good anorak, lots of layers, and a good hat couldn’t deal with.

Norfolk is a gorgeous county in the UK and we were so inspired by the giant skies and stunning countryside. Despite the short winter days we made the most of getting out and about and let feeling refreshed and ready for the year ahead.

Here are a few of my favourite photographs we captured over our weekend away.

We stayed at Anna’s House in Thornham.

We ate at The Chequer’s Inn for my birthday dinner, and Eric’s Fish and Chips for the following day. We had lunch at The Jolly Sailors before heading home.
