Seven Seas Perfect7® Renewal Advanced Review (AD)

This is the second post about the brand new supplement product from Seven Seas, if you haven’t read the first one yet, read here.

In summary, I was sent a 60 day supply of Seven Seas Perfect7® Renewal Advanced, a new kind of product that contains 3 different supplements. The product is designed to support you from within by providing the right nutrients.

I was interested in this product as alongside the better known vitamins and minerals that I was aware of, they also include Ceramosides™ which are a natural source of ceramides.

Ceramides are a type of lipid that are naturally found in the skin and comprise 50% of the skins moisture barrier but as we age, these levels drop, skin moisture is lost and the appearance of wrinkles can occur.

These supplements aim to maintain our ceramides levels. The idea is that we try to keep our skin looking as firm and radiant as possible.

The three supplements included in Seven Seas Perfect7® Renewal Advanced consist of an Omega-3 capsule, a multivitamin and mineral tablet, and a Ceramosides™ capsule.

This means your overall health and wellbeing is being supported through supplementary nutrients in the multivitamin and mineral tablet, the product also contains an Omega-3 capsule. As well as the beauty and skincare addition of the Ceramosides™ capsule for more moisturised looking skin.

What did I notice using Seven Seas Perfect7 Renewal Advanced?

During this trial I have noticed a few key things – my first noticeable effect was an increase in energy levels. This is thanks to the folic acid which contributed to the reduction in tiredness and fatigue.

After a month or so I started to see improvements in my appearance, including healthier nails (Zinc), healthier hair (Biotin). And softer looking skin (Ceramosides).

Obviously these are observations and not scientific, so I would probably want to try a product like this for longer, especially with changing seasons and the effect that has on our bodies. But overall, the supplements have marked a positive improvement for me personally.

Seven Seas carried out their own study on the effectiveness of the Ceramosides™ using skin photography to chart improvements. Their results showed the that the Ceramosides™ helped reduce the appearance of wrinkles in 60 days.

Now, I personally don’t see wrinkles as a problem as I believe age is gift. But that study does illustrate the moisturising and perceived radiance potential of the supplements on your appearance which I think most of us would like to have a bit more of.

As always with taking supplements, the advice is that they are designed to be a supplement, not a substitute, for a healthy diet and active lifestyle. So if you are looking for a new vitamin and mineral supplement with Omega-3 and the added boost of the Ceramosides™, you might like to check out the

Seven Seas Perfect7® Renewal Advanced offering which is exclusively available at Boots and on a 2 for 3 offer.

This post is in collaboration with Seven Seas, as always words and opinions are my own. Thank you for your support.
