For me, I struggle with sleep around the full moon, my emotions are heightened. And if we are going to have an argument (which isn’t often) then it will be at this time.

Having an awareness of how we respond to the moon cycles has been a real game changer. It allows us to step back and ask if this is our true intention or some emotions we need to ride on out.
