In today’s podcast episode I am sharing a concept that has helped me navigate friendships in my adulthood. We all experience many different types of friendships throughout our lives, and some of them come to an end at one point.
By understanding the nature of friendships in this way we allow ourselves to find peace and closure with the friendships that come to an end.
I believe that friendships are for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.
When I reflect back on all of the friendships I’ve had they can be categorised under the three terms above. In this podcast episode I share more detail about what I mean by reason, season, lifetime, as well as examples of how that has played out in my life.
