In today’s podcast episode I am sharing how to keep a health diary and why it empowered me to understand and respect my body and mind.
I keep a health diary so I can track my physical and mental health on a daily basis.
I primarily chose to do this so that I could look back over previous weeks and months and note any patterns in my health, in particular to my female hormonal fluctuations, but also to keep an eye on my mental health.
I wanted to understand what symptoms are hormonal and what are related to other health issues.
I also wanted to become more aware of my body and how it worked.
